⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough wonderful things about Valleygate Dental Surgery Center of Charlotte! From the moment we arrived, every employee, doctor, nurse, and anesthesiologist was incredibly kind, patient, and gentle with my 2-year-old. They made an experience that was understandably scary for me feel so much easier. As a mom, watching your baby go through a procedure is emotional, and I was crying but my baby was doing just fine! 😂❤️ The entire team was so reassuring and caring, and they treated my daughter with so much compassion. Thank you to everyone at Valleygate for taking such great care of my baby and for also taking care of me as her mom. Your kindness, professionalism, and gentle approach truly meant so much to us. I am so grateful we were in such good hands! 💕

Took my little one to this facility for his procedure due to needing anesthesia, all of the staff were amazing! All of my questions were answered, I felt very confident in the medical teams knowledge and work. Dr. Huang did a beautiful job and got him in and out safely! Nurses, Anesthesia, Dr even the front desk staff were super helpful! 100/10 recommend!

My two year old had to have dental surgery today at this location. Any major procedure that a child has to have brings anxiety, especially when general anesthesia is involved. I had it in my mind that if I saw any sign of uncertainty, I would cancel the surgery and find a second opinion. Immediately, that changed the second I walked inside. The ladies at the front desk were all very nice and greeted us with smiles. They were polite explaining the process and checking in. Not even a minute later, my son was called back by the sweetest nurse ever! She was so nice to my son while getting his vitals and another nurse distracted him with a coloring book. Dr. Sarah Stolldorf, was amazing. She explained how the anesthesia process was from beginning to end. What I could expect after and more than happy to share what would happen if an emergency was to occur. I knew my baby would just fine in her care. We were there about an hour and a half from start to finish. The bedside manner this team had was wonderful, making this scary time comfortable. I unfortunately forgot the amazing nurses and the CRNA names, so I can't acknowledge them by name. But they were wonderful as well.

I was nervous about my 6 year old son getting surgery and kept putting it off for months. Only to find that I had a wonderful experience at Valleygate Dental Surgery Center - University. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Everyone was very professional, patient, and caring. They took the time to explain everything, answer questions, and make sure we felt informed and at ease. The team truly went above and beyond to provide great care. I especially appreciate how kind and supportive everyone was during what can be a stressful experience. The staff made everything go smoothly, and I’m grateful for the compassion and professionalism they showed. Thank you to the entire Valleygate team for taking such great care of my baby. I would absolutely recommend this surgery center to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy dental team!

We had an amazing experience with my daughter’s dental procedure! Having her own hygienist perform the procedure made me feel so comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process.which they said not all the time happens. We were in and out, and everything went so smoothly. Dr. Nina did an amazing job, and I’m so grateful for the care and attention she provided. A special thank you to Dr. Thasher for putting my daughter under anesthesia and making the entire transition so easy and stress-free. Everyone was kind, professional, and made sure my daughter was comfortable every step of the way. Thank you all for such a wonderful experience we truly appreciate the outstanding care!
